How can I give my members a free month?

Hi all,

I'm looking to do a "member of the month" in my monthly recurring membership programme, where I reward one of my members with a free month! I can't see a way to do this and it seems very restrictive in what I can offer. When I go to set up the code, it either requires that it be their first payment, or they receive the discount for every single payment going forward (i only want it to be a month!).

Is there a fix for this? This seems like it should be very easy to do. On other platforms, you can give out codes quite easily, but this seems super restrictive? Any help would be appreciated 🙂

If they are already a member paying monthly, you should be able to refund a payment after it has been made. However, you cannot prevent a single future payment from being taken or apply a discount to a single payment (except the initial payment - as you mentioned).

Can I refund a partial payment? If they are paying two months at a time, for example, can I refund one month value only?
