Increase Padding WITHIN Gallery on Mobile Version of Website 7.1

I can increase the padding/spacing of this gallery/section by using

@media only screen and (max-width: 640px){
section[data-section-id="6439879787c1c31ca6adc501"] {
padding: 4px;
  }
}

However, this does not affect the inside lines. I want the inside lines to be the same width as the outside padding. What would the identifier be for this?

The only work around would be to duplicate the gallery, add a thicker spacing, hide it the mobile on desktop, then hide the desktop on mobile, and repeat for EVERY gallery on my site. Which sounds like a nightmare. There has to be an easier way, right?
