SSL certificate for a third party domain not working

Recommended Posts

Hi

I'm having problems with my site not being secure. I've got 2 domains, www.eniscabrowne.com and www.eniscabrowne.org. The .org version was purchased through squarespace but the .com is a third party domain.

The problem I'm having is with the SSL certificate for the .com domain, I've double checked the DNS settings and everything is correct at both ends, I've waited over the 72 hours and it still hasn't generated.

Before I added the .com the .org worked perfectly, so I'm hoping that means there isn't a problem with my site. I've tried all the troubleshooting pages and I'm now lost and not sure what to do.

Any help appreciated.

I'm not sure that I understand your question. I checked the site and can see that an SSL certificate has been issued for eniscabrowne.com (your primary domain) and your site is currently secure.
