Change the default page position and change link of main title button

Hi,

Im looking to change the default position my website loads up in. More specifically I want it to open with the header not visible.

I also want the main title button to link to this same anchor link. 

Basically, I don't want the header to be visible by default, I would like the user to have to scroll up to view this.
