Wanting to find out if certain function is an option on SP

 I want to switch from my current host and re-do my website.  I am looking for a specific feature but do not see a way to do so on the site, but want to know if this is something that can be done or via  hiring an expert to make specific code perhaps can accomplish

I like the checkout options pop up box, however what I would like to do is have a product category says Fabric collars ( I make dog collars) and under that category say I have 100 product choices. Is there a way to create the checkout options at the header level and have it apply to all products, so that if say an option is no longer available I can delete it from the checkout options at the header level for  fabric collars and then have it somehow apply to the 100 products in that category without having to go into all 100 of them and update them individually with the new checkout option.
