Adding more information to a product that displays in the storefront

In answer to the first part of you question, there are already some 'SOLD OUT' labels on your Product List Page (PLP). The problem is their colour 🙂. They are currently set to white on a light background. Here's a screenshot where I highlighted the label to make it visible:

You should be able to customise the colour of your 'Status' labels in the Site Styles panel as shown here:

Regarding the second part of your question, Squarespace does not include a way to include additional information about products on the Product List Page (PLP). You can show the Product Title, Product Status (eg Sold Out), and the Price.

If you want to include any additional information you'll need some custom code to do this. For example, you could edit each "product" and add a tag for the dimensions. Some code could then look for this tag and display the dimensions in the format that you choose. You may want a developer to help you with this but @creedon recently posted a very similar solution here for adding product information in this way that may be helpful.
