Help with responsive design needed for gallery based on blocks

Hi everyone,

I am new to this community and I already appreciate your time reading and maybe responding to it. 

I have a problem with the fluid engine and my photos when it comes to responsiveness. When I narrow down the width of my browser window the order of the photos changes. In mobile view I have the same problem. 

Is there any workaround to prevent this? I think it'll seldomly happen that someone reduces the width that much but it seems that I have to rearrange all my galleries for mobile view now.
