Incorrect format when importing products via template

I am having trouble importing products via CSV file. I downloaded the template and managed to successfully upload 448 products over three files with no issues. However, my recent upload failed to import 224 products displaying 'incorrect format' and suggesting that I edit them manually. I checked through the CSV file and tried importing one product in a new template but I still get the same error although it seems identical when I compare the formatting with the successful ones and the template. Any insight on what went wrong would be appreciated!

Do a fill down on your Option Name 1 column so that all the cells are filled with Size.

You may also want to make sure that all your SKU fields are filled with something sensible. Otherwise SS will automatically assign SKUs for you.
