How to stack navigation bar into two or three stacks

I want to be able to decide which navigation links go on which stacked line. (I couldn't get double line spacing to go away in this question box, so I mean it to be single spaced lines. Doesn't bode well for me figuring this out on my own!) 

Currently

I meant to specify 7.1 and desktop mode

What is site url? We can check this easier

When I couldn't figure it out, I changed the structure of the menu and reduced the number of words in the main nav menu. But thank you! I will be messaging the next time I get stuck!
