Image block causing a color shift to red in any option that is not inline

I'm using an image block with the card option and it is causing the image to shift the color to red. I don't have any filters on it and im not sure if i am missing a setting somewhere. The image looks fine when put into inline but shifts to red with any of the other options selected.
