Adding Alt text to and image in assets library

So I think it would be great if we can add Atl text to an image in the assets library so we only have to do it once. I'm using the same image multiple times and would be nice if I only had to input that information once.

Same! I am currently dealing with a client's frustration about not being able to do this from one location on the site. This is one of the few aspects of Squarespace that I find not so 'user friendly'.

Yes! Just wanting to add my voice to this issue. We have one person doing alt-text, and it would be a lot more straightforward to be able to edit the alt-text in the assets library.
