Website Not Loading & Domain not connecting

Hi, I'm currently rebooting my website after it being down for some time. My domain expired a while back and I've just been trying to renew it by updating my payment details and they have now been saved but it's now saying that I don't have any domains and the url above isn't showing up or loading when I type it into safari.

I also just tried to buy my domain louiscaroart.com again and it didn't process it. I'm wondering what the issue is?

As you can see from my invoices, my last domain payment was cancelled but now that I've updated my payment info could anybody advise as to how to renew my domain so that it can get connected again? Many thanks in advance x
