Product Category Management

Hi, 

Wonder if any else is facing a similar issue, I have been trying to reorganise the categories on my product page but have had no luck deleting the 'pendants' category when is empty and all the products moved to another category as required. 

It also doesn't allow me to delete or disable the page, any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
