Adding Particles.js background

I wanted to ask - to customize it, I tried editing the CSS part and it didn't work, should I re-upload a whole new js file?

What do you want to customize?

On my site, the first section on the homepage.

For now, I just put a gif and it works but I would like it to be cleaner and fancier.😄

So you want to add Particle to Lock Page but you can't follow above guide to add it?
