How to change navigation menu drop down to not overlap with content below it on mobile version?

So for my desktop I have it exactly as I want it, but for mobile, when I click on menu, it drops down but then half of my links are obscured because the dropdown overlaps with content below the navigation. I want to be able to fix this so potential clients visiting from their mobile devices can see all the options!
