Social Links Not Working in Header? Area of my page. But work in Footer

Hey Y'all.

The social links I added here:

Are not working in wha I'd guess is the "Header" but they are working and clickable at the Footer.

Is this something I've done or a weird bug?

Had this problem for some time but just addressing it now.

Also, are there any design Tutorials I can check out for updating my site and learning more about the UI for Squarespace?

To make social icons clickable, add this to Design > Custom CSS

div#block-yui_3_17_2_1_1686681899447_22030 {
    z-index: 999999 !important;
}

So... just dropped it into the CSS, and it is still not showing.

Any thoughts?

I don't see code in CSS box. Can you add & keep the code? We can check it again easier
