Cannot Unbold Text

I am having trouble with text in a specific part of our page: https://www.rngcoalition.com/data-resources-4

Everything on the 2nd half of the page is appearing in bold, even though it appears normal when editing. I have tried to remove/clear formatting, retype in a new text block, etc. with no luck. Anyone have a solution for this? Thanks!

I don't know this, but you can try adding this to Design > Custom CSS to remove bold
