Trouble Shooting Instagram Social Bar not updating

Hey everyone I am trying to sort my instagram social media link out on my website it never seems to update its stuck on a post from August 2021 even when I update it on Square space back end it doesn't fix the issue? Any ideas on what I need to do to fix this? Also any general website advice to make my site better for SEO ranking and converting would greatly be a help Thank you
