AvaTheRobot Posted June 13, 2023 Posted June 13, 2023 Does anybody have any ideas on what to try to fix this? SS = Squarespace MC = Mailchimp We have a 6 week course that is a digital product in SS. Previously, I set up an automated MC journey and set the journey's trigger point to be the sale of the digital product in SS. The course ended up getting rescheduled and the name changed, so we turned off all of the automations in MC. Now that we went to turn them back on, the digital product, with it's new name, is not an option on the MC trigger list. Screenshots of both MC and SS back ends with all 3 product options are in the screenshots. I've tried: Creating a whole new product in SS. It does not show up on MC. Duplicating the SS product, also does not show up on MC. MC support has lead me to pages where what they are telling me does not exist (i.e. go to the commerce settings on SS and check the sync digital products box) So clearly the two are not syncing... the question is why?! Any suggestions on what to try are very much appreciated.
