How to Make the Custom Product Form the Superstar of my Website?

Greetings, although I was underwhelmed by the "custom product form" page as a survey tool, at its bare essence, its what I want. Nonetheless, I want it to be more than some minimized window centered on the page. I want it as an experience. How do I achieve this on Squarespace, or on a 3rd party app that does not cost me per month to maintain? Thank you.
