JB58 Posted August 20, 2020 Posted August 20, 2020 Hi, I would think a majority of people running an ecommerce business supports multiple sales channel (i.e. squarespace, etsy, amazon, etc.). With that each channel has it's own dashboard and metrics and it is not efficient to have to login to each to view metrics. Add in the fact that they are not aggregated across all channels so you don't get a complete picture of what's going on across your business. I don't see any solutions out there that would allow a consolidated view across channels but we don't even have the ability to create one ourselves due to squarespace not enabling us to download/export site analytics. Does anyone else share this pain/frustration? Thanks, John jeninmt, lottydotty and paulrollings 2 1
lottydotty Posted January 14, 2021 Posted January 14, 2021 I just came across this challenge today with a potential client. They (understandably) wish to control and monitor their analytics in their own way. This seems like an important feature that should just be a standard offering.
blakeb Posted October 20, 2021 Posted October 20, 2021 yeah, this really sucks. Not being able to export the analytics as an xml file or even to a pdf file is a real drawback. Don't see why it cannot be done.
Saz Posted June 12, 2023 Posted June 12, 2023 Hi there, is there a way to export the analytics in SquareSpace as I have to produce a monthly report for the management team and I'm currently copy/pasting. Thanks, Sarah
TreyDayPro Posted October 23, 2023 Posted October 23, 2023 Did you happen to find a better solution? I'm running into the same issue here. My client wants weekly reports.
crouchgroup23 Posted December 12, 2023 Posted December 12, 2023 Is there a way to export a website's analytics?
