Background of header is white

Good evening,

I am facing a small problem, i put my site header on fixed position but i am not able to control the color of the background of the header when scrolling back up. The Style is on dynamic.

The problem is, this background on some of the pages is black and on some other pages is completely white.

Since my website title is already in white along with the links to other pages, i end up having a fixed header with a white background and white title, white links. 

I need help to understand how to change the background of the fixed header please.

Below is a picture that shows the white space over the text. This is supposed to be the fixed header. I can actually click on the title and menu but i cant see anything.

Can you kindly help me find a solution?

You can compare the header background color between every single page and the "Products" page, where the header background is completely white. We cant ready neither the title nor the links to the other pages.

On mobile mode its even worse, because its taking 1/3 of the screen with a blank area.

The problem is not when I am on top of the page. That is the right page you are on. 
 

The problem is when you scroll down, the locked header background becomes white. On the other pages it becomes black.
