Navigation Menu Disappeared

I was making some edits to my nav (adding a folder) and the header navigation disappeared. The hamburger is still there but not the words. I see others have had a similar problem. Can someone please share the solution. Thanks!

Pages on my Main Navigation have randomly been moved to Not Linked

What is going on??? I did not move these pages. I simply navigated around the dashboard and all my Pages were unlinked.

I moved my Pages back to my Main Navigation, and they all just moved back to Not Linked. 

You need to report this to Squarespace Support:

You're not the only one experiencing this currently, but it needs reporting to Support.

@Ziggy thanks but this link is useless. which options do i select to actually submit a report? none of the topics make sense. this is a bug and technical issue.

Pick any option, doesn't matter, takes you to chat or email options.

I'm sorry it's not perfectly simple, but I didn't design it.

They were unwilling to provide any answer other than templates. It's almost like Squarespace is asking to lose customers.

Hello, the same here. My menu on desktop and mobile suddenly disappeared while editing my form.

The same thing is happening to us as well! We were in there editing content and the main navigation has cleared three different times. Any help, @Squarespace Guru

Hi I'm having the same Issue. Mine disapeared AFTER deleting some code injection to the footer. I have now deleted all code injection into header and footer and the toolbar/menu is not displaying! Website URL is: https://www.stogerhaus.com/

Squarespace are experiencing an issue today that can cause navigation items to move from the 'Main Navigation' section to the 'Not Linked' section.

I encourage you to contact Squarespace directly about this by raising a ticket through Squarespace Customer Care. If you are having difficulties contacting Squarespace, please read my post how to contact Squarespace.

Hi,

I've been experiencing this for quite a few times already, but every time I turn off my laptop then re-open the website, my navigation bar goes missing, and all the pages in it will automatically be removed from the folder, so I would have to organize them again.

How can I fix this issue?
