Adding a Contact buttom to a product instead of Add to Cart button

Is there a code to remove the add to cart button on my inventory? I just want my customers to request more information, not purchase anything directly from my site

I want to add a contact or request more information to each item in my inventory, rather than the Add to Cart button. 

I have found this code to remove the Add to Cart feature, which is great. But need to add a form to each item... so not sure if this is the code for me

You want to remove add to cart + add a form (to request information) or remove add to cart only?
