Difference between preview and live website, inconsistent spacing between texts and images

any people know why there is an inconsistency of spacing display between my edit mode and the actual website:

here's my edit mode, the spacing between the two section is reasonable

what is actually displayed, the spacing between the two sections becomes huge

The spacing between text block and the image block is different between the preview mode and the live website. In the preview mode, the image is right below the text block while in the live website, there is a huge gap between the image and the text block. I have tried many many ways to get around, but nothing works so far, please help
