Center everything within Quickview

Hey there, I'm looking to center everything within the Quickview Lightbox. Right now the arrows aren't in line on mobile and the box is aligned to the left. Is there any way to do this?

Edit: Is there also a way to change the background behind the Lightbox? I can do it for desktop but not for mobile. I'd like the background to be opacity of 0.8 and pink let's say.
