PMP
I am getting email bounce backs when I send to any gmail accounts, this started 2 weeks ago. It appears my SPF values need changing. When I've contacted Squarespace help about this im told that I need to contact my domain provider, although my domain was transferred to Squarespace when I built my site. Its listed as Tucows in settings.. Any help advice appreciated Link to comment

PMP
Hi Paul petermatthewsphotographer.com Tucows and Squarespace domains If you registered or transferred a domain to Squarespace, Squarespace is your domain provider. We sell domains through two registrars, Squarespace Domains LLC and as a reseller of Tucowsdomains. To determine which of these is your domain's registrar: Link to comment

It appears my SPF values need changing. Your email appears to be hosted by Krystal. They have a support guide entitled Improving mail deliverability with SPF, DKIM and DMARC that may help you to understand how to set up your SPF record as well as DKIM and DMARC. As your domain is hosted by Squarespace, the changes they describe will need to be made within the Domains panel of your Squarespace website. See Adding custom DNS records to your Squarespace-managed domain for details of how to do this. I recommend that you set up DKIM as receiving mail servers use DKIM to verify that the domain owner actually sent the message. Note that sending to personal Gmail accounts requires a DKIM key of 1024 bits or longer. I hope this helps. Did this help? You’ll need to understand the records that you need first but, if your email provider has provided the technical detail for the TXT record(s) that you need to create, Squarespace can certainly help you to add the record(s). PMP
Hi Paul , Here is what I have from them Hello Peter, Thanks for getting in touch. The SPF record looks like it needs updating at the DNS provider's end. Please could you update the following record at your DNS provider's end: Existing record: v=spf1 +a +mx +ip4:185.145.156.30 ~all Update to: v=spf1 +a +mx +ip4:185.145.156.30 +include:relay.k.io ~all You'll then need to allow time for the change to propagate. Any further issues please let us know! Kind regards, Jamie Larcom Link to comment
