Adding reading time above blog title and include in summary block

Hi, does anyone know how to add 'reading time: #minutes' underneath the blog title and also the summary block titles too ?

For now I have added it manually....

I'd actually like it to the right side of date and author in the same font style, but underneath OK too!

There is a couple of good articles on this, however they all refer to  the Mary Philip code that is no longer available.

I have the code on individual blog pages. I would like to add read time to the blog block summary page as well. Either near date or under date.


Do you have a simple adjustment or line item in the current code? Or do I need to input new codes? Please advise. Many thanks in advance.
