how do I change the quantity text color, background color and add to cart button color when hovering?

In the quickview pop-up, I'd like to change the background color from white to translucent black. the add to cart button is black until you hover over it, it turns white. I'd like the text to  maybe change to black if that's possible. and the text for the quantity is black, I'd like it to appear white. Help is appreciated, I can't find a lot in the site color design options. Thank you
