Use "squiggle" highlight asset on header

I am wondering if there is a way to use the "squiggle" underline asset with the animation that is available for the regular page content in the header (instead of the flat underline). Is there a way to use the repurpose same asset from Squarespace or do I need to use an image for the underline?
