aotdco Posted June 3, 2023 Posted June 3, 2023 Hello! I sell lots of products, some of which include preorder items (stock NOT on hand) and also sell items where I do have stock on hand. What I'd like to do is find those that ordered the IN STOCK items ONLY. I don't want to see the customers that ordered both (as the CSV file would obviously include everyone that ordered mixed preorder / stock on hand items). For example;Customer 1 buys: T-shirt (preorder) a patch (preorder) and 2 stickers (stock on hand)Customer 2 buys: 2 stickers (stock on hand) I'd like to be able to find customer 2 and those similar and then I can pack their things and send them out, rather than go through manually and find these orders. Any help would be amazing!

Squarespace has not been designed to understand the concept of preorders. It expects all products to be in stock to allow them to be ordered. Although you can manually manipulate stock levels to allow 'preorders', you won't be able to filter your orders in the way that you describe. Did this help?
