when I add a new section and then save it the content is still their but is hidden

hi so whenever I edit the sections then save the section goes invisible showing nothing, but if I delete the section then undo the delete it reappears see video https://app.screencast.com/8r91fW3qdEuIg is it my custom css causing the issue?

The easiest way to check is to temporarily remove your custom CSS, save the changes, and then test it again.
