Accordion Hover Change Color

Hello - is it possible to change the color of an accordion if someone hovers over a title in an accordion?

Thanks, but what do you want to change colour? The text, the background of the title or the description? The whole accordion?

oh sorry! the Text to change and the Icon as you hover over the line. 

Where do I put this code? The advanced code section of the page settings? Or is there a way to add a code to a specific element on the page?

This code was written to go in Custom CSS, but with modifications it could be put into the page header code injection.
