Two Options Bypass Requirement

Recommended Posts

I'm helping my mom build a site for her gift basket business, so I'm a total newbie to Squarespace.  😀 We offer one of our products as a food and non-food item, so I setup two options. I didn't realize that each option has to be chosen to checkout. We really want to avoid either adding an "N/A" variant or setting up another product. Is there coding or a plugin we can use, so once one option is chosen, the other one is greyed out or bypassed during checkout? Does anyone have any suggestions for an easy workaround? Attached is a screenshot of the page.

Instead of having an ‘occasion’ variant for food and another ‘occasion’ variant for non-food baskets, i recommend that you have one variant where they select a food or a non-food basket, and then a second variant where they select the occasion.
