Can't change custom font of image stack

Hi,
I'm trying to change the custom font of an image stack on my page

font-family: 'Inter-Regular';

}

  font-family: 'Inter-Regular', sans-serif;
  font-size: 12pt;
  letter-spacing: 2px;
    font-weight: bold;
}


Anyone know why this might not be working?
