Universal Filter on Gallery Section

I was wondering if there is a way to make the Universal Filter for Gallery Sections look like the image that is attached?

In other words, I just want to be able to add multiple sections (aka a category and a tag) to the filter. So viewers of the site can choose a "Location" and a "Season" for the images they want to see.

This is possible with Blog Page, Products...when using Filter Plugin. So I guess this is possible with Gallery Section.
