Hi, 

How would one go about creating the "illuminate on cursor" effect on: https://stockimg.ai/ 

Ideally, the effect should occur on a specific image, and not throughout the entire site. 

Is this possible to achieve on SquareSpace?

This is not default feature. You will need to use complex code to achieve this.
