Styles from the template I'm using is crapping all over the layout of the custom embedded code I'm using.

Hi all.

I am creating a new website on Squarespace using the new Blueprint tech.

There's a page that I want to add some embedded code to but (and this is from the person whose code it is) something to do with the styles from the template im using is messing up the layout.

The websites for a gym. The embedded code is for the timetable for the gym.

"Just tell them to check the CSS for the h1 header" is what the person who made the code said to ask (sorry I dont speak that language).

Here is an example you can view live on the old website that is still live https://www.urbanfitness.co.nz/timetable

You'll see in the top right hand corner, the buttons dont work so people cant scroll through our timetable. It's even worse on mobile.

Here is the code I was given ...

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have attached some pics of what it looks like on the NEW site I am making. You can see the heading is covering the timetable also.
