How to stop website from auto scaling depending on screen size/ resolution

Hello,

I am having an issue with text on our website rescaling incorrectly from a desktop to laptop or after reducing the size of the open browser. At smaller sizes the text falls out of alignment. I've attached two photos, one, with the correct alignment, the other, w loss of alignment. Any advice on how to correct this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Are Academia and Industry in two text blocks or together in one?

Apologies for the delay. Yes, both are in the same text box. I considered using two initially but it wasn't apparent to me how to do that. With the screenshot I've attached, I don't see an option for more than text box.
