How to add an audio file to my square space site?

Hi

I am looking to add a max of 5 audio files to my site. They will be short interviews with previous students.

How do I do this? 

Does it have to be done through another website like vimeo etc?

If I can avoid spending money, it would be better.

Any advice appreciated.

Thanks for the info, but I believe I am using an older version, which does not allow me to put in blocks. Is there any way around this?
