Setting Up a Bakery Pre-Ordering Website

I’m looking to build a new website for my bakery and transition from Wix. I want to create a pre-order page where customers can order bread and pastries in advance, pay, then collect in store. One key requirement is that each product has fully customisable availability according to date and time. So say a normal loaf of bread is available every day we’re open, and a customer can order that a day in advance, but a seeded loaf is only available on Saturday or Sunday. I need to have some sort of calendar for an order that will show customers the days they can actually pick up their items. Cut off times for orders are also important 

Is this at all possible on Squarespace?
