Sliding Images for header

Hello, 

My client would like to implement sliding images with overlaying text/descriptions on them. I know how to do this on a simple gallery but would like to do something more like this https://www.scilights.com/  (please see header images) where the text "slides" in as well. Could anyone lead me to a plugin or have coding options to help with this?

Also, I have resized the images the client has provided to 2500 pixels wide, but some still seem a little blurry to me. Any advice? (please see screen recording)
