Custom code for buttons to have different image backgrounds

I am trying to have each of our services listed across as buttons -I have figured out how to code it to get the image in the button, but how can I make it so each button has a different image? 

The 'Financial Planning' image is the area I'm meaning. The code I'm using is:

I would also be open to having images here and using a code for a hover effect, but I could not figure that out.
