Not able to use my plan

Hello.

I picked the plan ''Personal'' for  my store.

I was charged and now it sais my commerce experienced yesterday.

Can i not use this plan to sell? It is telling me i can not keep this plan when i try to, why is that?

Do i have to upgrade? I mean, it is fine, i can do that, but i am not going to upgrade just to figure out it still does not let me release the site...
