how to get a href code snippet window open from a text block link

 

I am using termly for consent management, I installed the cookie consent banner via code injection, and I have a href code snippet which should open up my cookie preferences window. I can put this code in a code block or an embed block and it works, it opens the cookie preferences window, but I don't know how to modify the font and size of the displayed text, and I would rather link this snippet from a text block, not a code or embed block.

 

I intend for my footer to have a few categories (privacy policy, terms of use, contact us...) each separated by spaces and each separately linking to their respective pages. I want to use one text block to keep the design and spacing uniform and simple. For the privacy policy and terms for example I have url links which I can connect them each to by highlighting that text and creating the link. But if I put in the href code snippet it doesn't work from the text link, it only works from a code block or an embed block. 

 

I would like for this code snippet to be attached to a text block in my footer, but the text block will only link to a url link, not to this href snippet. Is there any way to have the href code snippet open up from a text block link?
