Feedback on HVAC Website

This is a website that I very recently built for a friend using SquareSpace. I'm not in love with it, but he really wants to go for a simple approach and he likes using clip art to describe the services instead of real images. Is there anything crucial the website is missing? I feel like ALL great HVAC websites have a button in the top right to call for service, I just don't love the way the button looks on the top right here. There isn't even an option for the button on the top right on mobile which is a huge bummer.

Any feedback is hugely appreciated.
