Gallery Block -> Grid Strips & Site Animations

This is an FYI, and a call for help.

As I'm sure many here know, site wide animations force double taps on links/buttons on mobile.

CSS hover effects on buttons force double taps on any site using them, not just Squarespace sites. However, since the double taps persist even on regular links (non button), it must be an issue with the JS library being used.

That being said,

I recently discovered that Gallery -> Grid: Strips, forces double, even triple taps, on links/buttons on mobile. That is, if Grid: Strips is being used on a page, all buttons/links on that page, regardless of section, require multiple taps on mobile.

If anyone has found a work around, please let me know.
