Question - Can i make a different mobile header than the one on my dekstop

For example - i love the way the layout looks in desktop - but when i get it on mobile its a hot mess. the image is too close up.

Is there a way i can customize the main header for mobile using another layout.

Would it be possible to separate the image into a hero and background so that you can better control how the bottles are sized and positioned?

It is possible to have a different desktop and mobile section, but it's a bit awkward to manage.
