Published site reverting to older version

I have an issue where my domain is linking to an older version of my site without me changing anything.

The site is published and saved. Immediately after making a change and save it, the link works and the display is updated...but after an undetermined amount of time (next day or so), when I check the link, the website displays the old version. 

The only way I have found to fix it is to re-edit it and save it (add a space somewhere and then delete it, etc).  

This issue is present on multiple browsers and devices. I have tried clearing the cache, cookies, and browsing history on multiple browsers with no luck. I have asked friends and family to check it with the same issue.

Has anyone else experienced this? Do you have any ideas as to why it's happening and how to fix? Is there a setting somewhere that I'm missing?

Any ideas on how to fix this?
