Making this page look like my old website... (will pay)

I'm purchasing this layout: https://brandstories.squarespace.com/portfolio 

I like everything about it except for this portfolio page. I much prefer the portfolio page on my wordpress site: https://www.twothirdsmedia.co.uk/our-work/

Notable things that are important to me:
- Video to play when mouse rolls over
- The videos not to be so structured/blocky and rectangle. I like on my wordpress site how they are bigger and slightly off angle etc.

Is this possible?
